Cliffs, natural lookouts in the sea.
In Peru and all the countries
located at the seashore there are places from where you can contemplate the
immensity of the sea. They are natural viewpoints, and you can reach them in a
flash, as in the case of the cliffs of Lima, or after much effort; but they are
all worth it.
In Peru there are two known
places, Paracas and Lima, the capital, privileged by its location on the shores
of the Pacific Ocean, our rich and immense sea.
The cliffs of Paracas, Peru,
located in Paracas National Reserve. There live several species of wildlife,
especially birds and aquatic mammals.

Moher, IRELAND. Maximum height of 213 meters, is one of the most
popular tourist sites in Ireland, receive about one million tourists per year;
Is also home to twenty species of birds.
Kalaupapa, Hawaii. In
the Pacific Ocean, at 1010 meters, they are the highest in the world. They are
on the island of Molokai in Hawaii and receive thousands of visitors.
Dover, England. With 106 meters high, famous for their unique
composition of chalk with black flint marks, which gives them an imposing white
facade. These cliffs are on the part of the English coast that overlooks the
Straits of Dover and France.
Los Gigantes, Spain. They
are like vertical walls that cover the western coast of Tenerife, in the
Canaries, have a height of 500 meters.
Preikestolen, Norway. The
cliff is about 600 meters high and faces the Lysefjord fjord, with a truly enviable
view. The cliff is almost flat at the top, has an area of 625 square meters. You arrive after an arduous
hike.
Fira, Greece. In the Aegean Sea, Fira is the capital of the
Greek island of Santorini. There are beautiful unique buildings on the edge of
the cliffs, which are about 400 meters high. The landscape is unforgettable.
Bunda Cliffs, Australia. Australia's iconic landscape, the Bunda cliffs
extend for 100 kilometers through the Great Australian Bay, with heights
between 60 and 120 meters high.
Cabo GIRÃO, Portugal. Located on the south coast of the Island of
Madeira, 570 meters high and is a very popular viewpoint in the Atlantic Ocean.
There is a glass platform, the highest for a cliff in Europe.
Étretat, France. Étretat is a beautiful seaside village in Normandy,
known for its incredible cliffs and its inspiring natural arches in the middle
of the sea. The height can reach 110 meters in some areas.
Qingshui, Taiwan. With heights of
up to 800 meters, it is in the Pacific, on the east coast of Taiwan and extends
for 20 kilometers. Its beauty is observed on the old Su-Hua highway, which was
converted into a pedestrian route to admire the landscape.
Cape Enniberg, Faroe Islands, Denmark. With 762 meters of height on the Atlantic Ocean,
presents / displays a rocky landscape. Nature lovers love that cliff as it is
ideal for hiking and bird watching, such as puffins, puffins, guillemots and
alcas.
Sorvagsvatn, Faroe Islands, Denmark. It is spectacular and one of the most unique
places on the planet. With a gigantic lake at the top, it presents a waterfall
that falls to the Atlantic. You arrive after an arduous hike.
Cliffs of Eysturoy, Faroe Islands,
Denmark. A jewel in the Faroe Islands, between Scotland and
Iceland, suggests a fantasy world, it has sea caves that can be crossed by
boat.
Miter Peak, New Zealand. Must visit if you arrive in NZ; Stretching along
the coast of Milford Sound in the Fiordland National Park on the South Island,
has a peak of 1695 meters high. You will reach the summit after a four-day hike
or behold from Milford Sound, taking a boat trip.
LÁTRABJARG, Iceland. It is the largest seabird cliff in Europe, is 14
kilometers long and has a height of 440 meters. Important habitat of several
species of birds, such as puffin, alcatraz, guillemots and alcas.
